Privacy Policy

What we collect
We collect the minimum data needed to operate the service:
- Email address — used for account login, billing receipts, and transactional emails (password reset, team invites).
- Nostr public key — the hex pubkey linked to your account, used to route relay connections to your plan limits. This is a public identifier by design in the Nostr protocol.
- Event counts — we log daily event counts per pubkey to enforce plan limits. Raw event content is not stored.
- Payment data — billing is handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID to manage your subscription. We never see or store raw card numbers.
- Session data — a session cookie (
nsid) keeps you logged in to the dashboard.
What we don't collect
- We do not store the content of Nostr events relayed through our service.
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
- We do not use tracking cookies or fingerprinting.
Third-party services
- Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Resend — transactional email delivery. Subject to Resend's Privacy Policy.
Data retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Daily event counts older than 90 days are purged. On account deletion, all your data is removed immediately.
Your rights
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. This removes your email, pubkey, usage data, and cancels any active subscription. For data requests, contact us at [email protected].
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced via email to registered users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
